copy hrrr to ilc

how to manually populate the hrrr table on naturalearth:

note: this takes way too long as it is doing a full repopulate; need just some sor tof incremental update

note: pick a better staging dir on ilc.

make backup

on original host machine:

    cd openmaptiles/hrrr
    pg_dump -Fc --table=hrrr -fhrrr_10_28.dmp
    scp hrrr_10_28.dmp wendell@ilikecarrots.com:openmaptiles/

populate table

on opal4:

    cd openmaptiles/vmpython/
    source bin/activate
    cd ..
    source ~/pgmine.sh

because I'm not positive --clean does what I want:

    psql
    delete from hrrr;

and to actually do the restore:

    pg_restore -Fc --no-owner --no-privileges --table=hrrr --file=hrrr_10_28.dmp
